Returns

 

 

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it if it is:

 

  • unused

  • in its original condition

  • in its original packaging

 

 

To request a return, please contact us at [insert email address] with your order number and details of the item you would like to return.

 

 

Non-returnable items

 

 

We cannot accept returns for:

 

  • personalised or custom-made items

  • items that have been used, opened or damaged after delivery

  • items returned without prior contact

 

 

 

Damaged or incorrect items

 

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

 

Refunds

 

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

 

 

Return postage

 

 

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
