We aim to ensure all descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.

4. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£)

• Payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Stock issues

  • Suspected misuse or fraud

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors

• Risk passes to you upon delivery

If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under UK consumer law:

• You may return most items within 14 days of receipt

• Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition and packaging

Exceptions may apply, including:

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Event tickets (see Section 7)

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.

7. Events & Memberships

Event Bookings

​

• Event tickets are non-refundable inside 30 days of event unless the event is cancelled by us

• If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your ticket (subject to approval)

Event Conduct

We aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment. By attending events, you agree to:

• Treat others with respect

• Follow venue and organiser rules

• Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behaviour

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse entry

• Remove individuals without refund for misconduct

Membership

​

Membership may include access to events, community spaces, and benefits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community.

8. Media & Content

By attending Hobby Henchmen events, you acknowledge that:

• Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media, YouTube)

If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform us in advance or notify us at the event.
